- Foster a Team-First Culture - Baseball is a team game. Teams will focus on selfless play, accountability, and respect for teammates, coaches, and opponents.
- Compete the Right Way - West Raleigh teams are built to compete hard, with discipline and focus, while maintaining the perspective that development and teamwork always come before individual success.
- Create a Positive, Growth-Minded Environment - West Raleigh wants players to love coming to the field - to be challenged, to improve, and to enjoy the experience of being part of something bigger than themselves.
- Represent the Tradition of West Raleigh Baseball - The All Star program continues a 65+ year legacy of youth baseball excellence in our community. Players, families, and coaches are ambassadors of that tradition every time they wear the WR across their chest.

-
Uniform designs and colors must be consistent across all teams (Blue, Red, White) and age groups (8U–12U).
